The 60/91/215 project will feature significant improvements including:4 miles of HOV lanes and widened freeways, New soundwalls and retaining walls, Major structural improvement at 8 local interchanges, 2 sweeping ‘flyover’ connector ramps, Improvements to local drainage systems, New truck bypass connectors, New bridges at Linden, Iowa and Blaine providing better access to UC Riverside.
