CALTROP is providing inspection of structural steel for the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) both at the airport jobsite and offsite at Herrick, Inc. in San Bernardino, CA. 

Inspector John Ahn is providing magnetic particle and ultrasonic as well as visual weld inspection on members being erected for the Bradley West Terminal Core.

Offsite, materials being fabricated for use in the Bradley West Terminal Core have been inspected by Celina Kotara, David Kelsey and Dan Hernandez.  The inspectors are performing materials veriication, assembly procedures by the fabricator, and both visual and ultrasonic testing of welds at the Herrick fabrication facility.

Lead Inspector Bill Kent has been supporting the inspection efforts while numerous personnel including Kurt Seidel, Kim Moore, Bijan Salar, Neil Brown, and Steve Gilbert are supporting the operations with the client, as well as coordinating efforts for future fabrication work on this project.
