American Tower’s raw land new build projects in Lake Tahoe include 100 percent build-to-suit towers for multi-carriers. CALTROP completed A&E design services for five sites. Services included site design work, survey, FAA / 1A certifications, photo simulations, A&E design, pre-planning meetings, zoning file and approval, TRPA review, submit and approvals and lease negotiations with landlord and state-owned properties.
