The Fontana Park project consists of a 35-acre site located on the northeast corner of Summit and Lytle Creek Ave. The elements of the project include: 43,560 sq. ft.

Fire Station No. 79 is located in northern Fontana, California near the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains. The Fire Station was a $3.5 million project which involved the main 6,800 square foot fire station building and four smaller service buildings which are adjacently sited. The service buildings include the Generator Shed, Fuel Tank Canopy, Storage Shed, and Shade Structure.

CALTROP Corporation in conjunction with local Spanish firms was retained to act as the program manager for the improvement and disposition of approximately 135 acres of approved residential coastal property located near Marbella, Spain. The subject project, Lagar Martel, is located in the municipality of Mijas in the Malaga Province on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

The City of Fontana's Capital Improvement Program includes infrastructure projects including sewer, storm drain and street widening.
