CALTROP is assisting OCTA with executing an effective public outreach program during the construction phase on the West County Connectors (WCC) project. We are working as an extension of OCTA staff - implementing unique, cost-effective outreach communication methods to disseminate project information and build consensus with key stakeholders, and ensuring OCTA’s messages are clearly communicated to the community. CALTROP understands the many variables surrounding this project (two counties, five cities, several agencies, a multitude of key stakeholders and community-specific concerns about detours and closures).
